Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid role combining home office and in-field work. You will sell digital marketing solutions across websites, search, display, social ads, and SEO, while building a growing portfolio of small business clients.

The position offers a base salary plus expenses and uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses, plus strong training and career progression opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions via a partnership model.
• Cover Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, SEO.
• Cold call owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments.
• Grow your client base and earn residual commissions through account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build relationships across diverse industries and adapt daily.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$110,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $132,000-$152,000.

What you will be responsible for as an Outside Sales Representative

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
