Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid role, combining a home office with in-field visits. You will sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Structured training includes three weeks of classroom learning and nine weeks of field training, with ongoing company-wide support and a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Sell Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries.

Are you looking for an Outside Sales position with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry? Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000 - $125,000.

• Base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses
