Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to build your sales career in a hands-on, door-to-door role serving local neighborhoods.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions, with earnings potential driven by performance as you learn to match fiber internet and home connectivity solutions to residents’ needs.

Join Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, as an Entry‑Level Outside Sales Representative and build your sales career in a hands‑on, customer‑facing door‑to‑door sales role.

You will meet residents in local neighborhoods, learn their connectivity needs, and recommend Kinectic’s fiber internet, Wi‑Fi, and other services that best fit their homes. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed‑while earning uncapped commission based on your performance.

Compensation & benefits:

Target Total Compensation: $85,000–$150,000 annually (base pay + uncapped commission)

$2,500 sign-on bonus*.

Starting base salary: $37,000 plus Uncapped commission—your performance drives your earnings

What You’ll Do

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door‑to‑door sales
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach
• Use company‑provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in different weather conditions and terrain
• Comfort using mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads, for sales activity and customer information
• Ability to maintain a distraction‑free home workspace for virtual meetings with internet speed of at least 25 Mbps
• Flexible availability to work - days, evenings, and weekends

Sign on Bonus

Sign on Bonus: You will be eligible for a $2,500.00 sign‑on bonus, subject to applicable tax withholdings. The bonus will be paid in two installments of $1,250.00 each and reflected in Magnys, the online commission system.

The first installment will be paid with your first monthly commission payment, if applicable. The second installment will be paid with the commission cycle in which your six (6)-month service anniversary occurs. Each installment will be paid as soon as administratively practicable following the applicable milestone.

To be eligible for an installment, you must be actively employed and in good standing with the Company on the payment date. Bonus payments will be administered and processed in accordance with the Company’s standard commission practices.
