Hibu is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in a hybrid environment, offering base salary plus benefits and uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses. On-target earnings start at $80k–$87k in Year 1 and rise to $101k–$119k in Year 2, with strong training and a clear career path.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promoting Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
