We are currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our diverse customer base and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales success.

Your Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Generate profitable revenue through the sale and rental of new and used ag and construction equipment
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your assigned territory
  • Use our CRM system and market data to prioritize outreach and close deals

What We’re Looking For

  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required due to frequent communication with Spanish-speaking customers
Work Environment
  • 80% field-based, 20% office-based
  • Local day travel is routine; occasional overnight trips may be required
  • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
