Job summary

Groundworks is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in the Atlanta area to drive in-home foundation and water management solutions. You will meet homeowners, assess needs, propose tailored remedies, and close deals in the home with support from a leading brand.

You will work in a full-time, W-2 role with uncapped commission, paid training, and a clear path to advancement. Travel across the GA sales territory is required and a company car and fuel card may be provided based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm leads to develop and manage a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner needs and propose customized foundation repair and water management solutions.
• Close sales in-home and maintain relationships through the sales cycle.
