P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking an experienced Walk-In Bath and Shower Sales Representative to cover the Columbia, SC and North Augusta, SC territory.

This role focuses on in-home consultations and delivering an exceptional customer experience for KOHLER Walk-In Bathtubs and KOHLER LuxStone Shower Systems. The position is 100% commission-based for a motivated sales professional who excels in sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete Kohler specific sales training.
• Previous in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent in-person communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs in a one-sit sale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for walk-in bath and shower products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while representing Kohler products.
• Manage a 100% commission-based sales process and close deals.
• Pass background and drug tests as required.

This is a 100% commission-based position for a motivated sales professional who excels in in-home consultations and delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing a trusted, well-established home remodeling company.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualified applicants must:

- Successfully complete Kohler specific sales training.

- Have previous successful in-home sales experience (walk in bath and showers is a plus).

- Have excellent in-person communication skills.

- Have the ability to assess the situation/needs of clients in a one sit sale.

- Be highly driven to reach and surpass personal sales goals.
