Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses within a hybrid field/office role. You will develop new business, manage accounts, and deliver compelling presentations to local clients to help them grow online.

The position offers a base salary with commissions and performance bonuses, comprehensive training, and a clear career path, with strong support from major tech partners and a focus on work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and complete needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business with residual commissions through strong account management.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build relationships across industries and adapt to daily changes.

Year 1 on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $106,000-$125,000.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
