Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will prospect and qualify leads, close new business, and meet weekly sales goals while delivering comprehensive work apparel solutions.

You’ll use our CRM and participate in training to build skills in cold-calling, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing. This is a base salary with commissions in a B2B, field-based role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of the work week in the field meeting prospective customers in the local territory.
• Work from Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m., plus field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Use CRM to identify, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Present solutions to customers for work apparel needs including weekly laundry, delivery, repair and branding services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service to drive growth.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
