Aruza is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Professional in Charlotte to drive new residential pest control opportunities. You’ll identify homeowner needs, inspect properties, and tailor treatment plans while building lasting customer relationships.

You will work independently in a fast-paced setting, earning based on performance and enjoying ongoing training, support from leadership, and advancement opportunities within a growing organization.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Professional, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying pest-related concerns and recommending customized treatment solutions. You'll build relationships, conduct property inspections, generate new business opportunities, and help customers protect their homes through professional pest management services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their effort and results.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred


• Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required


• 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred


• Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred


• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check


• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
