FASTSIGNS of Lincolnwood is hiring an Outside Sales team member to join our growing company. Build relationships with businesses across industries, identify needs, and provide tailored sign and graphic solutions that drive their success.

You will prospect, network, manage accounts, and present a compelling value proposition. The role offers a base salary with opportunities for advancement, ongoing training, and a performance-based bonus, with a clear path for growth within our franchise network.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an outside sales/commission-based environment preferred.
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment is a plus.
