Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in the Manassas, VA area. You will drive sales of work apparel solutions and related services to business customers, leveraging CRM to identify prospects and achieve weekly quotas.

The role emphasizes cold calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, and negotiations, with a base salary plus commissions and a car allowance as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver solutions for work apparel needs including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding.
• Engage in cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Prior sales experience

Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience
