This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, paid training, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401k. Average income around $65,064 with top earners over $90,000.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.
• Local travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.
• Prospect and generate new commercial customers
• Conduct property inspections and recommend service solutions
• Prepare quotes and close sales in the field
• Manage and grow your sales territory
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
