Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. You will prospect within your territory, delivering workwear solutions including laundry, delivery, repair, and branding to help customers look professional and perform at their best.

You'll build relationships using our CRM, pursue weekly sales goals, and participate in our Sales Training Program to sharpen negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Use CRM to manage pipeline and close new business.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Deliver solutions with weekly laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services.
