Job summary

Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to service appointments and acquire new accounts, with a fast track to leading a sales team.

You will be rewarded with a weekly draw, commissions, bonuses, and ongoing training, plus a clear path to leadership in a growing market. This full-time role is based in Liberty, MO, with standard Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of success in outside sales.
• Licensed Health & Life producer or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Service appointments and acquire new accounts.
• Maintain and grow assigned customer base with a focus on leadership growth.
• Collaborate with sales manager for training and development.
