Job summary

REIC Rentals in Montana's Flathead Valley seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in general heavy equipment and temporary heating & air rentals. You will build partnerships, expand the customer base, and shape strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in sales or business development within equipment rental or related industries, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 yrs proven success in sales or business development in equipment rental or related industries.
• Stoically manage statewide travel for client meetings and national corporate events.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Engage: Scout and pursue new project opportunities in Flathead Valley.
• Build Partnerships: Forge lasting relationships with clients to unlock long-term value.
• Drive Strategy: Design and execute business development initiatives aligned with growth goals.
• Lead Negotiations: Craft pricing proposals and contracts, support executive deal negotiations.
• Analyze & Optimize: Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor performance and improve outcomes.
• Support Marketing: Coordinate promotional efforts to amplify product visibility.
• Represent REIC: Attend trade shows and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.
• Enable Sales: Deliver product demos, training, and smooth onboarding experiences.
