Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in our growing team. You will prospect, qualify, and close accounts for work apparel services, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding to help customers look professional and perform at their best.

This is a field sales role requiring a strong work ethic, sharp communication, and the ability to manage a territory with CRM-driven activities and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within territory, developing new business.
• Utilize CRM to identify, pursue, and close new accounts.
• Consistently meet weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Present solutions and negotiate to close deals with customers.
