Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Greenville, NC, is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will develop, qualify leads, and close new business, delivering work apparel solutions and branding for diverse clients.

This role offers a base salary plus unlimited commissions, a monthly car allowance, training, and opportunities for advancement. You will travel locally, meet customers, and use our CRM to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory.
• Office presence as specified in schedule (Mon/Wed 7:30–12:00, Fri 7:30–10:00) and field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to meet sales targets.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
• Present solutions for work apparel needs, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
