Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative in Lima, OH to help customers elevate their image through our work apparel and branding solutions. You will prospect, develop and qualify leads in your territory, use our CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and consistently hit weekly sales goals and quotas.

This role offers base pay plus commissions, a car allowance, hands‑on training and recognition programs, with a clear path for career advancement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads within assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
