RISE Financial is seeking an Outside Sales Representative & Trainer to drive client relationships in a fast-paced B2B environment in Keizer, Oregon. You will introduce our supplemental insurance products, pursue goals, and earn uncapped commissions.

You will lead by example, mentoring new team members and taking on leadership responsibilities as you grow with the company. A flexible schedule and strong team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is beneficial but not required.
