Uline in Burlington, Massachusetts is seeking an Outside Sales Intern for Summer 2027. This paid internship offers hands-on field experience, training, and exposure to our 43,000+ product catalog, with mentoring and customer visits to build selling skills.

The program opens to sophomores and juniors, includes a phone and car allowance, and provides potential full-time opportunities after graduation. Earn $23.50 per hour while contributing to sales growth across diverse accounts.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver next-level customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within your territory.

• Take part in weekly sales team meetings to learn from experienced Account Managers, share ideas and build your sales skills.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time internship is open to college Sophomore and Junior-status students only.

• Professional communication and presentation skills.

• Hardworking and enthusiastic with a “team player” attitude.
