Job Overview

The Commencement Group, TX Hub, is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. The spring commencement season takes place during the months of May + June. This is a seasonal position with more opportunities to work with us every graduation season. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations/commencement ceremonies).

Responsibilities

• Traveling throughout the Texas region (and bordering states) to sell various commemorative items at commencement ceremonies
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hit sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at commencement venues
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
