Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in pest control or related field.
• Pest control or termite knowledge is a plus and can be trained if needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Customer-first mentality and ability to build rapport with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough termite inspections and clearly explain findings.
• Upsell additional services, especially our premium Sentricon system, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
