System Pavers is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Berkeley area. In this role you will meet with homeowners to discuss outdoor living needs, present options, and help translate visions into design-ready projects with accurate estimates.

You'll rely on a blend of relationship-building, product knowledge, and collaboration with the construction team to deliver a seamless customer experience while pursuing strong earning potential and career development.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is not required but a strong interest in starting a sales career.
• Must have a driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with clients via company-generated appointments and build rapport.
• Uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Maintain a homeowner-centric focus prioritizing service and satisfaction.

• Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects and contractor submissions.

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultant. In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You’ll then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
