Qualifications

• Experience in building materials industry is beneficial
• Civil, paving, tilt-up construction experience is a strong plus
• Existing contractor relationships in Polk County market are beneficial
• Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
• Ability to participate effectively as a team member
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

Responsibilities

• Expand and grow existing accounts in the Auburndale/Polk County area
• Identify opportunities and convert them into sales
• Collaborate with team to service construction buyers in building materials
• Represent Carroll Construction Supply in the field with professionalism
