Account Executive – iHeartMedia

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings and targeted outreach, including consistent daily cold‑calling.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across our Broadcast + Digital Platforms to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, craft effective campaigns, and deliver compelling data‑driven sales presentations.
- Cultivate existing accounts and grow business across local, regional, and national levels.
Qualifications
- Self‑motivated “go‑getter” attitude with excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation efforts.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and high school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Skillful in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills that drive business growth.
- Digital/Media sales experience (plus) and natural ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
- Nice‑to‑have: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising background, and strong market connections.

Compensation
- Salary to be determined by experience, skills, and market data; base salary typically $50,000 with unlimited commissions.
