Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives who will manage the customer experience from initial contact through project completion. You will operate with the independence of running your own business while receiving support from an experienced team.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable in a field-based environment. Training is provided, including 90 days of paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No roofing sales experience required.
• Willing to work in a field-based, customer-facing environment.
• Strong work ethic and coachability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and discuss roofing solutions.
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage.
• Educate customers about roofing and insurance-restoration processes.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships from contract signing through project completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales/production goals.
