MasTec Network Solutions seeks an Outside Plant Engineer to develop, manage, and execute telecom construction projects from initiation to completion. You will build detailed project plans, drive schedules, budgets, and resource coordination, and lead site walkouts and project meetings while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

Active learning of telecom construction trade, hands-on collaboration with the team, and a safety-first mindset are essential.

As an Outside Plant Engineer, you will support all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans
• Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management
• Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings
• Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality

Compensation of $60,000-$75,000 annually, depending on the experience.
