Job summary

Troon Bent Creek Golf Course TN in Gatlinburg is hiring a part-time Outside Operations Attendant to help deliver a welcoming, smooth experience for members and guests while supporting daily course operations.

You’ll perform cart staging, bag room duties, bag drop, and range upkeep, while delivering cheerful, world-class service as part of the outside team.

Qualifications

• Must be outgoing with a customer-first attitude.
• Previous golf or hospitality experience is not required, but helpful.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift small items as part of golf operations.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Job Responsibilities

• Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, attending the bag drop, maintaining the practice range, and more.
• Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.

Job Education And Experience Requirements

• Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
• Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
