AnnieMac Home Mortgage in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Full Time External Mortgage Loan Originator to build referral networks with realtors and other professionals. The role involves selling mortgage loans away from company offices and generating new business through strong relationships.

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, you will travel up to 80% for closings, open houses, and seminars, advising borrowers on loan options and costs while maintaining a sales-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate state license or certificate.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting requirements from mortgage insurers.
• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and related programs.
• Excellent communication and sales-oriented self-starter.
• Travel 80% of the time; ability to work with realtors and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Sell mortgage loans to customers away from AnnieMac Home Mortgage offices.
• Generate new business by building relationships with realtors, title and escrow officers, financial advisers, CPAs.
• Attend closings, open houses, and lead-generation seminars.
• Take borrower information and fill out the loan application.
• Develop relationships with referral partners to generate new customers.
• Analyze borrower income and debt and pre-qualify maximum affordable mortgage.
• Counsel borrowers on loan products, costs, and payment scenarios.
• Collect financial documents and provide disclosures.
• Maintain regular contact with borrowers and referral partners through closing.

Candidates should have experience directly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the ***External Mortgage Loan Originator*** position include, but are not limited to, the following:* Primary duty is to sell mortgage loans to customers away from and outside of AnnieMac Home Mortgages places of business.
