Job summary

Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent for our Douglasville, GA area. You will build a book of business by selling auto, home, life, and specialty coverages with a consultative approach.

No prior insurance experience is required, but P&C and Life licenses must be obtained before employment. You’ll receive hands-on training, a flexible/ hybrid work structure, and a pathway to earn via base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions.
