As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell insurance — you'll help customers protect what matters most while building a purposeful career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you'll drive local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building within your community. You'll identify coverage gaps in home and auto insurance, offering products to ensure comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships locally will be key to your success.

This position requires full licensing and is ideal for driven professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. We invest in your success from day one, with licensing fee reimbursements available for eligible new hires (up to $400 per license, with some exceptions).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually through a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and bonuses.

  • Represent Allstate professionally with care and credibility.

  • Create personalized marketing plans for outreach and visibility.
  • Stay current on industry and marketing trends to adapt strategies.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong network-building skills
  • Passion for community engagement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM–5:30 PM CT) for 3 weeks
