Job summary

Arcis Golf at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a friendly team member to enhance member experiences and support daily course operations.

You will assist guests with bags and carts, help maintain the range, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organized environment. Prior hospitality or golf club exposure is a plus; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or golf club setting preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor required.
• Ability to assist members with golf bags and equipment with care.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with golf bags, loading/unloading onto carts, and keep bag storage tidy.
• Provide carts and ensure clean, debris-free equipment for play.
• Operate range-related equipment and maintain range area per club standards.

On the job:

• Assists members with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, club cleaning services, and maintains bag storage system
• Provides carts for member and guest play by bringing them to cart staging area, and returning them to cart storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards
• Operates equipment to retrieve range balls, and arranges baskets and range balls in accordance with approved club standards
