Job summary

The Clubs at St. James, located in Southport, NC, is seeking a part-time Outside Golf Services team member to help ensure a positive guest experience and support golf club operations.

As a Troon associate, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Responsibilities include upkeep of the clubhouse and cart areas, assisting with tournaments, and providing courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or training is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area, and parking lot.
• Assist in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service to guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging and storage areas, including the podium and bag drop.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
