Job summary

TPC Louisiana in Avondale, LA is seeking an Outside Operations Staff member to support PGA Tour players, members and guests and ensure a smooth golf experience from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests, assist with loading bags, drive golf cars, maintain the practice area, and help keep the facility clean and safe. Shifts vary with business levels, emphasizing courtesy and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred, especially in a country club or similar setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA Tour players, members and guests to enhance their golf experience.
• Greet and welcome members and guests; assist in carrying bags and loading golf carts.
• Provide clean, well-stocked golf cars with towels, scorecards and divot repair material.
• Drive and park golf cars, ensure proper maintenance and facility cleanliness.
• Set up and replenish practice facilities and assist with course operations as needed.
