Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Waco, TX is seeking a Bilingual Outside Food Sales Representative to cultivate relationships, secure new customers, and drive revenue across the assigned territory.

You will balance prospecting with existing account management, receive thorough training, and benefit from a compensation plan that includes salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• 1 year of sales, business, or food service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and develop new business within assigned territory.
• Conduct weekly to monthly visits, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Present products, services and value propositions to prospective customers and close deals.
