Compensation Overview: The annual base salary range is nationwide and varies based on factors such as role scope, location, skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.

Salary Range: $62,200.00 - $102,600.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This role involves inspecting, estimating, negotiating, and evaluating auto physical damage claims, including personal and business insurance claims, with a focus on basic to moderate damage coverages. It serves as a technical resource for auto claim staff and provides guidance to achieve optimal outcomes. The position is fully remote, may include mobile work, and does not involve leading others.

What Will You Do?

• Deliver consistent service throughout the claim lifecycle, including prompt contact, clear explanations, setting expectations, and follow-through.
• Manage work assignments, travel to vehicle locations, and view vehicles if necessary.
• Use technical expertise and software to scope claims and determine claim values.
• Partner with claim professionals to ensure appropriate resolution and pursue recovery sources.
• Negotiate claim settlements within authority, including total loss and rental reimbursements.
• Assist with inspection and damage management, including repair processes.
• Maintain appropriate claim and expense reserves and manage the vehicle repair process.
• Communicate damage assessments and obtain payment authorizations.
• Participate in our Catastrophe Response Program, which may include deployment for extended periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required: High School/GED
