The Kearney Center in Tallahassee is seeking a compassionate, client-centered Case Manager to help individuals identify and access stable housing options. You will provide trauma-informed, housing-focused support and document all services in HMIS.
You will conduct outreach, collaborate with partners, assess needs, determine eligibility, coordinate diversion where possible, and participate in supervision and meetings. Evening hours may be required in this dynamic, community-driven role.
Frequent driving, sitting, standing, and walking through rugged outdoor environments. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for up to 6 hours per day. Time is split between the field and general office environment with standard accessible office equipment. This position requires the working ability to carry 50lbs.
