Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, health administration, social services, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team, managing multiple budgets, and supporting grant-funded programs.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and daily operational support for Outreach Services staff.
• Oversee general operations of the Cancer Support Home and Senior Support in Action programs.
• Manage database systems for outreach programs and ensure data accuracy and security.
• Represent programs in the community through speaking engagements and grant relationships.
• Develop and monitor operating and grant budgets; coordinate with coordinators on reporting.
• Lead grant reporting and maintain calendars for deliverables and renewals.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs and coordinate communications.
