• Audits charts at client sites to ensure tests are completed as scheduled.
• Collects throat, nasal, and nasopharyngeal swabs for testing.
• Registers patients and orders tests in the Laboratory Information System(s).
• Performs phlebotomy and point-of-care testing as needed.
• Maintains accurate records and supplies, and supports client staff and patients.
