Pair Team is building a team of deeply passionate individuals dedicated to transforming healthcare access for underserved communities. The Outreach & Engagement Manager will lead the Community Engagement Specialist (CES) team, responsible for patient outreach and enrollment. This role is focused on driving team performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and ensuring enrollment goals are met through structured coaching, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. The manager will play a key role in fostering accountability, training new hires, and refining engagement strategies to maximize impact.
This is a remote leadership role reporting directly to the COO, with significant collaboration across internal teams and community partners.
Note: Internally, this role is referred to as a Community Engagement Specialist, Team Manager. This is a full-time position, with a set schedule of Friday to Tuesday with your days off being Wednesday and Thursday.
