This position serves as a key liaison between internal departments, community partners, and Outreach stakeholders to advance organizational goals and improve service delivery throughout the region.
Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement, risk management, patient safety, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and policy and procedure development. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop effective process improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments, facilitate meetings, provide education, and effectively address patient and staff concerns. Ability to interpret regulations, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while promoting continuous improvement and organizational excellence.

Must function independently, have personal integrity, have flexibility and the ability to work effectively with other personnel, clients, and support agencies. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, walks, and moves intermittently during working hours and ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
