Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise patient care.
• Experience with EMR charting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients.
• Administer medications under provider direction.
• Assist in emergencies under provider guidance.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and diagnoses.
• Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately.
