Job summary

IU Health Methodist is seeking experienced RNs for a PRN role supporting the Vascular Surgery service line with perioperative and clinical duties. The position offers collaboration with surgeons and a statewide vascular care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires an ASN, with a BSN preferred, and an active Indiana RN license (or NLC). BLS is required; additional life support certifications may be needed per unit policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Active RN license in Indiana or Nurse Licensure Compact.
• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required; other ALS may be required per unit.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions for >2 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vascular Surgery service line with perioperative and clinical care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary partners to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide coordinated care across IU Health locations throughout Indiana.
