Sentara Therapy Center - Century in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week outpatient assignment. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week at $65.00 per hour with a day shift.

The PT will perform modalities and interventions, educate patients and families, and establish care plans in collaboration with the rehab team. Virginia PT license and BLS required; travel PT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy or equivalent.
• Virginia PT license (required) and BLS.
• Experience in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform modalities and therapeutic interventions per standards.
• Educate patients and families through standardized or individualized training.
• Develop and update formal care plans to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with internal team to optimize patient outcomes.
