Job summary

The Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Therapy Aide for a full-time role in Lodi, NJ. You will support therapists in outpatient settings, assist patients, and help maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

You'll engage with patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, work 40 hours weekly, and earn $18–$20 per hour depending on experience. This position offers mentoring and opportunities to grow within the center network.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• One or more years of outpatient experience as therapy aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with therapists and patients in our OP centers.
• Interacts with patients and visitors - must have a friendly disposition.
• Cleans equipment used in daily therapy.
• Helps with maintaining a safe and clean environment at the centers.
