Trinity Health in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Outpatient Rehabilitation Aide to support daily operations of the outpatient therapy department. You will assist therapists with patient care activities, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain a safe, organized environment.

This role also covers administrative duties, patient flow coordination, and courteous customer service to patients and families, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Coursework in healthcare, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist therapists with preparation and setup of treatment areas, equipment, and rehabilitation technology before patient sessions.
• Provide non‑clinical support during therapy sessions as directed by licensed therapists.
• Assist with patient guarding and supervision during activities under licensed therapist direction.
• Escort and transport patients between therapy gym, waiting areas, and designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of therapy gym, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Perform clerical tasks: filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
