Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current licensure in Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT).
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in crisis or urgent care.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical staffing and discharge planning with care team.
• Coordinate care with nurses, navigators, BHMPs, and other clinical professionals.
• Educate and collaborate with patients’ families to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify and address social determinants of health and resource needs.

As a Licensed Therapist at Mind 24-7, you’ll provide direct clinical care through individual and group therapy sessions, case management, and treatment planning. You’ll be a key part of our multidisciplinary team—collaborating with nurses, navigators, BHMPs, and patient advocates to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Your Role & Impact

Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in crisis or in need of urgent care

Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Participate in clinical staffing and discharge planning with care team

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
Current licensure in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT)
Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills
Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and regional behavioral health systems
Experience with crisis stabilization, case management, and therapeutic interventions
Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
