Job summary

Real Help seeks licensed clinicians to deliver trauma-informed TF-CBT via telehealth. You will support clients who have experienced trauma, providing evidence-based therapy with flexible fee-for-service arrangements.

Competitive pay: $70–$100/hour with premium rates for bilingual skills and experience. We offer supervision, free CEUs, and licensure assistance to help you grow and thrive in your practice.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed clinician with TF-CBT training and experience treating PTSD and complex trauma.
• Licensed in NY: LCSW or LMHC-D required; TF-CBT training/certification preferred.
• Must have access to laptop/computer, secure internet, and phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused therapy via telehealth.
• Assess safety and risk; develop treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with clients to support recovery and healing.
