Job summary

Paradigm Recovery Center in Missouri seeks an Outpatient Clinician to deliver individual and group therapy, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans within ASAM 2.5 and 2.1 levels of care.

You will document in the EHR, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with medical, case management, and peer staff while supporting startup program development and discharge planning for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Missouri license or license-eligible status (LPC/PLPC, LCSW/LMSW, LMFT/PLMFT) preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions and facilitate or co-facilitate therapeutic groups.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic impressions; develop and update treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed; ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality compliance; coordinate care with medical, case management, and peer staff.
• Support engagement, retention in treatment, discharge planning, and client education.
• Contribute to program development and startup environment with quality improvement and survey readiness.
